A tour of the InstantMarkets interface

Here's a quick orientation to the main areas of the InstantMarkets platform so you can find your way around.

The Search Bar

The search bar sits at the top of every page. Type in keywords — product names, service categories, or procurement terms — and press Enter to run a search. You can refine results further with filters on the results page.

Search Results Page

Each result card shows:

• Opportunity title — the name of the bid or solicitation
• Issuing agency — the government entity posting the opportunity
• Due date — when responses are due (highlighted in red when close)
• Opportunity type — RFP, RFQ, ITB, etc.
• Location — state or region

Click any result to open the full listing.

Opportunity Detail Page

The detail page shows the full opportunity description, key dates, contact information, and a link to the source portal where you can download documents and register to respond.

Filters Panel

On the left side of search results, the filters panel lets you narrow results by:

• Agency type (federal, state, county, city, school district, etc.)
• Opportunity type (RFP, RFQ, RFI, ITB, etc.)
• Geography (state or region)
• NAICS code
• Due date range

Saved Searches

Click Save Search on any results page to save your current search query and filters. Saved searches appear under My Searches in the sidebar. You can convert any saved search into an alert from that same page.

Alerts

Your active alerts are listed under My Alerts. Each alert is tied to a saved search and triggers an email when new matching opportunities are posted. See Creating an alert from a saved search for setup instructions.

Account Menu

Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner to access:

• Profile Settings
• Subscription & Billing
• Notification Preferences
• Sign Out
