Saving a search for later

Once you've set up a search with keywords and filters that returns useful results, you can save it so you don't have to rebuild it each time — and optionally turn it into an alert.

  1. Run a search and apply any filters you want.
  2. Click the Save Search button near the top of the results page.
  3. Give the search a descriptive name (e.g., "IT staffing – Texas" or "Janitorial – school districts").
  4. Click Save.

Your search is now stored under My Searches in the sidebar.

Click My Searches in the sidebar to see all your saved searches. Click any search name to re-run it with the same keywords and filters applied.

Results will reflect current data — so you'll see new opportunities that have been posted since you last ran the search.

  1. Go to My Searches.
  2. Click the edit (pencil) icon next to the search you want to change.
  3. Update the name, keywords, or filters.
  4. Click Save.
  1. Go to My Searches.
  2. Click the delete (trash) icon next to the search.
  3. Confirm deletion.

Note: If you've created an alert from this saved search, deleting the search will also delete the alert. Make sure you no longer need the alert before deleting.

Turning a saved search into an alert

From My Searches, click Create Alert next to any saved search to start receiving email notifications when new matching opportunities are posted.

See Creating an alert from a saved search for full setup instructions.
