Editing or deleting an alert

You can update or remove any alert at any time from your My Alerts dashboard.

Editing an alert

  1. Click My Alerts in the sidebar.
  2. Find the alert you want to change and click the edit (pencil) icon.
  3. You can update:

    • Alert name — for your own reference
    • Notification frequency — Immediate, Daily digest, or Weekly digest
  4. Click Save when done.

Note: You cannot change the underlying saved search from the alert editor. To change the keywords or filters an alert is based on, edit the saved search itself under My Searches — the alert will automatically use the updated search.

Pausing an alert

If you want to stop receiving notifications temporarily without deleting the alert:

  1. Go to My Alerts.
  2. Click the toggle next to the alert to switch it from active to paused.
  3. Toggle it back on when you're ready to resume.

Paused alerts do not send notifications but remain saved and can be reactivated at any time.

Deleting an alert

  1. Go to My Alerts.
  2. Click the delete (trash) icon next to the alert.
  3. Confirm deletion.

Deleting an alert is permanent. The underlying saved search is not affected — it stays in My Searches.

Deleting all alerts at once

To clear all alerts, go to Account menu → Notification Preferences and click Delete all alerts. This cannot be undone.
