Changing or upgrading your plan

InstantMarkets offers multiple plan tiers. Here's how to switch between them.

Upgrading to a paid plan

1. Click your account menu (top-right) and select Subscription & Billing.
2. Click Upgrade plan.
3. Compare the available plans and click Select on the one you want.
4. Enter or confirm your payment method.
5. Click Confirm to complete the upgrade.

Your paid features activate immediately. If you're upgrading mid-billing cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days.

Switching between paid tiers

If you're already on a paid plan and want to switch to a different tier:

1. Go to Account menu → Subscription & Billing.
2. Click Change plan.
3. Select the new plan.
4. Confirm the change.

Upgrading to a higher tier takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep your current access until then.

What changes when you upgrade

When you upgrade from free to a paid plan, you immediately unlock:

• Full search results (no cap)
• Advanced filters
• Saved searches
• Email alerts
• Historical data and award records
• Document and attachment downloads
• Agency and competitor tracking

Annual vs. monthly billing

Where available, annual billing is offered at a discount compared to month-to-month. You can switch between billing cadences at Subscription & Billing → Change billing cycle. Switching to annual takes effect at your next renewal.
