Managing your subscription

Your InstantMarkets subscription controls which features you have access to. Here's how to view and manage it.

Viewing your current plan

1. Click your account menu (top-right) and select Subscription & Billing.
2. Your current plan, renewal date, and payment method are shown at the top of the page.

Upgrading your plan

1. Go to Account menu → Subscription & Billing.
2. Click Upgrade plan.
3. Select the plan you want and click Continue.
4. Confirm your payment details and click Confirm upgrade.

Your new plan activates immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

Downgrading your plan

1. Go to Account menu → Subscription & Billing.
2. Click Change plan.
3. Select the lower-tier plan and confirm.

The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then.

Cancelling your subscription

1. Go to Account menu → Subscription & Billing.
2. Click Cancel subscription.
3. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan. Your saved searches and alert configurations are retained but alerts will stop firing until you resubscribe.

Reactivating after cancellation

Go to Account menu → Subscription & Billing and click Reactivate at any time to resume your paid plan.
