InstantMarkets takes your privacy seriously. Here's what we collect, how we use it, and your options.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash — we never store your plain-text password)
- Profile information: your business name, industry, products/services, keywords, NAICS codes, and geographic preferences
- Usage data: searches you run, opportunities you view, and features you use — used to improve the platform and personalize results
- Billing information: your payment method details, processed and stored securely by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers)
How we use your data
- To provide and improve the InstantMarkets service
- To deliver email alerts and notifications you've set up
- To process your subscription payments
- To send product updates and announcements (you can opt out)
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your privacy controls
Notification preferences: Manage which emails you receive at Account menu → Notification Preferences.
Profile data: You can edit or delete your profile information at any time under Account menu → Profile Settings.
Account deletion: Closing your account permanently deletes your personal data from our systems. See Closing your account for instructions.
Cookies
InstantMarkets uses cookies for session management and analytics. You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings, though disabling session cookies will prevent you from staying logged in.
