Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password or want to change it, here's how.

Resetting a forgotten password

1. Go to the InstantMarkets login page.
2. Click Forgot password? below the sign-in form.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Click Send reset link.
5. Check your inbox for an email from no-reply@instantmarkets.com.
6. Click the reset link in the email — it opens a page where you can set a new password.
7. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Save.

You'll be signed in automatically after saving.

The reset link expires after 1 hour. If it has expired, return to the login page and request a new one.

Changing your password while logged in

1. Click your account menu (top-right) and select Account Settings.
2. Under Security, click Change password.
3. Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
4. Click Save.

Didn't receive the reset email?

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Make sure you're using the email address you signed up with.
• Wait 2–3 minutes — delivery can occasionally be delayed.
• If you still don't receive it, contact support.
