Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password or want to change it, here's how.

Resetting a forgotten password

1. Go to the InstantMarkets login page.
2. Click Forgot password? below the sign-in form.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Click Send reset link.
5. Check your inbox for an email from "opportunity@instantmarkets.com" with a new Password.
6. Click the 'Login Now' link in the email — Enter the Email ID and new Password provided in the email & You'll be signed in automatically.
7. You can change the password to one of your preference, if desired by following instructions given below under Changing your Password while logged in.

The reset link expires after 1 hour. If it has expired, return to the login page and request a new one.

Changing your password while logged in

1. Click your account menu (top-right) and select Account
2. Click Profile under Manage Account, scroll down, and click Change Password.
3. Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
4. Click Save.

Didn't receive the reset email?

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Make sure you're using the email address you signed up with.
• Wait 2–3 minutes — delivery can occasionally be delayed.
• If you still don't receive it, contact support.
